- With over 33 years of tradition brewing behind us, we know quality coffee. We have experience in the coffee industry covering all stages of the value chain from the coffee tree to the cup.
- We have close relationships with farmers and suppliers ensuring a stable supply of only the best beans for you.
- We have our own milling facilities, enabling us to buy coffee berries directly from farmers and process coffee to export quality before roasting.
- We have our own farm in Silang, Cavite. We are direct to the source.
- Only the highest quality beans make it to our roaster. Coffee is handpicked from the tree and hand sorted at each stage of production. Any flawed, defective or even just slightly unsatisfactory bean is filtered out completely.
We know coffee
- We roast and blend our coffee in small batches – we don’t use computers or fancy charts, just our natural senses built over years of experience in the art of roasting.
- Coffee is packed in heat sealed foil bags with one-way valves that seal in freshness. We pack coffee within minutes of roasting, so all of the flavor, aroma and freshness is locked in the bag until you open the package.
- We only roast coffee upon receipt of your order. Coffee is labeled with the roasting date and not expiry date.
- We guarantee freshness – this is our promise.
